This policy explains how WellMax Advertising & Media handles information when you use the WellMax iOS app and its connected client portal.

If you send a project enquiry, contact us by email, or use a client account, we may receive information such as your name, company, email address, project details, login information and files that you choose to provide.

App and portal usage

The native app does not use advertising trackers. The client portal and pages opened from wellmaxagency.com may use necessary cookies, security logs and aggregated analytics to operate the service, prevent abuse and understand usage.

How information is used

• To respond to enquiries and provide requested agency services.
• To authenticate clients and deliver project information or files.
• To maintain security, diagnose problems and improve the app and portal.
