01

Design the information hierarchy

Start with what customers need to notice first: brand, product, variant and key benefit. Strong hierarchy helps the eye move naturally instead of making every detail compete. Test the front panel from a distance and at thumbnail size.

02

Use structure as part of the story

Shape, material and opening experience communicate as much as graphics. A simple structural decision can make a product feel more premium, sustainable or convenient. Choose finishes because they reinforce the position, not because they are fashionable.

03

Create a family, not isolated packs

A packaging system must make each variant easy to identify while keeping the range recognizable. Define what remains fixed and what changes. This creates shelf impact, speeds up future launches and prevents the brand from fragmenting.
